\ncompany\u2019s success has a lot to do with it being
\nrooted in \u201cfamily values,\u201d unlike the \u201coutside
\nWall Street firms that are trying to disrupt the
\nmarket.\u201d
\nTo drill into the mechanics of the topperforming brokerages in the tri-county region,
\nTRD ranked them by closed sales volume
\nbetween August 2017 and July 2018. TRD
\nobtained the data from the Miami Association of
\nRealtors MLS, the Realtor Association of Palm
\nBeach & Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors
\nMLS, and confirmed the sales totals with the
\nbrokerages themselves.
\nIt\u2019s a market that is showing signs of
\n\u201cmaturity,\u201d Parker said. \u201cWe are evolving from
\na boom-bust type market,\u201d he said. \u201cPeople are
\nmoving here as full-time residents. We\u2019re no
\nlonger a destination for flight capital.\u201d<\/p>\n
