New Florida Managing Broker/Coach Jonathan Lickstein Named to be Heavily Involved

To continue to keep pace with the torrid growth rate of The K Company Realty, Jonathan Lickstein was appointed as the Florida Broker and Director of Operations. This move was made to keep up with the growing demand for Broker Support throughout Florida. Mr. Lickstein relishes his new role and responsibilities: “I’m excited to be in a position to not only help our realtors increase their bottom line but to lead by example through industry involvement and professional standards. I feel a great sense of responsibility in my new position to stay at the forefront of our market trends and be a significant resource for our team.”

Jonathan has worked for The K Company Realty since 2011 and has played a significant role in the company’s growth and expanding market share. His primary focus will be on operations, compliance, education and technology. Mr. Lickstein is an REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Major Investor and serves on several Board committees including, East Broward Regional Board of Directors, Grievance Committee and the Fort Lauderdale Realtors Charitable Foundation.

Nathan Klutznick, CEO, will remain a licensed qualifying broker yet his primary focus will be on the creative innovations that had propelled The K Company Realty as a Top 20 Brokerage in the U.S. for three years running.
